Development Strategies For Spa Tourism, In The Centre Region

Abstract

The first spa touristic cluster of the country was initiated in the Centre Region in year 2014 and represents an opportunity for sustainable development regarding the tourism of this region. The spa sector is one of those that succeeded in registering general and constant growth of the employment rate. Arrivals and overnight stays register increases year by year. The paper presents the necessity of the emergence, the composition, organization, as well as the objectives of a spa tourism cluster in the Centre Region.
