Abstract

Die bundesdeutschen Hausbalte geben mit mehr als 1000 DMjährlich rund 4 °/o ihres ausgabefähigen Einkommens für Glücksspiele aus. Bemerkenswerte Anteile am Glücksspielmarkt haben die Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken sowie die Sparkassen mit ihrem Gewinn- und Lotteriesparen eneicht. Diese Mischprodukte zwischen Glücksspiel und Geldanlage wandeln einen Sparvertrag in ein Anlagemodell mit durchschnittlich deutlich negativer Rendite um. Im folgenden werden zwei typische Gewinnsparmodelle auf ihre Gewinnchancen und Sparmöglichkeiten hin untersucht sowie rechtspolitische Vorschläge unterbreitet.
