Fairness im Stellenabbau als Ausgangsbedingung für arbeitsmarktpolitische Beratung

Abstract

Die arbeitsmarktpolitische Beratung und Unterstützung von Beschäftigten, die durch Restrukturierungen ihre Stelle verlieren, stellt besondere Anforderungen. Auf der einen Seite gelten sie aufgrund ihrer nahen Berufserfahrung als gut vermittelbar, auf der anderen Seite erschweren die mit dem Arbeitsplatzverlust verbundenen psycho-sozialen Belastungsfaktoren die Aufnahme einer neuen Beschäftigung. Der Artikel untersucht auf Basis quantitativer Daten das Führungsverhalten von Arbeitgebern in Krisenzeiten als Kontextfaktor für die Effektivität arbeitsmarktpolitischer Beratung. Sein zentraler Befund ist, dass mangelnde prozedurale Gerechtigkeit und kommunikative Fairness des Arbeitgebers die belastende Wirkung des Stellenverlusts erhöhen und den Zugang zu arbeitsmarktpolitischen Beratungsangeboten erschweren.
