Methodical principles of selection management solutions in the field of low-carbon energy development

Abstract

This paper deals with systematization of differently-sided methodological approaches and methods of decision making under conditions of high uncertainty and conflicts of interest. On this basis, the author substantiates methodical aspects of choosing strategic directions of Ukraine power engineering development, which are intended to provide low-carbon development.
