Abstract

groups polar’s lipids of chloroplast membranes in healthy and diseased by chestnut leaf-mining moth leaves species of plants in the genus Aesculus L. Determined the change content of polar lipids and unsaturated fatty acids in the chloroplasts membranes of plants common horse chestnut, common horse chestnut, shape Baumani, and horse chestnut red or pavia, which is not strucked chestnut leaf-mining moth. The liquid crystalline state of the polar lipid of chloroplast membranes are recommended to use as a molecular biological test systems for assessing degree of destruction and the stability of species and forms in the genus Aesculus L. by chestnut leaf-mining moth.
