Abstract

Has analyzed the state, trends and was proved the expediency of alternative energy development. Offered the methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of alternative energy sources, which based on existing guidelines state development programs and strategic priorities of state policy in providing of environmental and energy security. This methodical approach based on the using of integral index that contain environmental prevented damage in consequence of pollution and directed to improve responsiveness of public authorities on the global conjuncture fluctuations and providing targeted implementation of organizational and economic measures to increase energy independence
