Principles on institutionalization of constitutional provisions regarding land and its natural resources

Abstract

The author gives the basic principles on institutionalization of constitutional norm of ownership right of the Ukrainian people on the land and its natural resources. The proposed principles also induce to real- possible realization of the interests of local communities, consumer of products and domestic products, owners, entrepreneurs, owners of specific plots of land and natural resources available to them, as well as the process of sustainable nature management and environmental protection
