Directions reforming organizationaleconomic structure of management forestry

Abstract

Sound scientific approach to the formation of a system of forest management, which in contrast to the existing account based on resource and production potential and allow the responsibilities of the management of forest lands and forestry production. A scheme for reforming the governance structure of forestry production by dividing the economic, managerial and supervisory and control functions, which provides for the gradual corporatization of the state of the forest and makes it possible to gain a competitive advantage through the synergistic effect.
