Comprehensive assessment of the environmental safety level of land tenure in the region

Abstract

On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of a land tenure condition in Ukraine the author has conducted the assessment of changes in carbon stocks in mineral soils reservoir on the lands of agricultural use. This is the basis for the proposed integrated approach to the assessment of the anthropogenic impact level on the agro-ecosystem of the region. The author has emphasized the state’s role in the development of agrarian sector of economy and the achievement of sustainable level of land use
