The procedure for determining by judicial expertise issues about the location of land plots relative to the boundaries of settlement

Abstract

This paper deals with certain aspects of implementation of land and technical expertise associated with ascertaining the location of the land plot concerning boundaries of the settlement to which it belongs. The author gives regulatory and methodological basis of the performance of the studied type of expertise, highlights problematic aspects of the expertise performance, as well as formulates own proposals for its implementation.
