Abstract

This paper deals with a comparative metagenomic composition analysis of prokaryotic complex of sod-podzolic soil. A structure of microbial complex and features of the distribution over the microorganisms number in the soil profile (texture) have been identified. A positive impact of superficial straw embedment on the formation of trophic links, caused by functional structure of the sod-podzolic soil microbocenosis, has been investigated
