Land and mortgage lending in the system of land use financing

Abstract

This paper deals with essentially meaningful basis for the concept of «land and mortgage len- ding» as a tool to finance by providing long-term loan of cash secured by land to ensure obligations to the lender by the compliance with the terms of repayment, urgency and payment. The author investigates organizational structure of the land and mortgage system. The author determines features and areas of land and mortgage financing development in the system of land use
