Methodological bases for the development of the environmental safety system in the agricultural sector

Abstract

This paper deals with methodological bases of formation of system of ecological safety in the agricultural sector of the economy, providing a set of approaches, methods and theories that define the purpose of the practical results of the study. The paper substantiates the ecological safety system in the agricultural sector, which is in contrast to the traditional view, is represented as a set of elements (subject, object, goals, objectives, principles, organizational structure, etc.) and related subsystems: informational and analytical, the security, functional and instrumental, effectively-targeted.
