Formation of the management system of regional water complex in Ukraine

Abstract

The author gives principles and approaches to the construction of the water complex management system at the regional level regarding the principles of sustainability. This paper deals with basic approaches to the management of the complex. Substantial characteristics toward management system of sustainable development of the complex are formed. It was determined that for its effective functioning, management system provides for the allocation of operational, analytical and monitoring, as well as resource sectors support
