Improvement of the institutional mechanisms to ensure the functioning of the land market

Abstract

This paper deals with issues toward the normative and legal support of the land market functioning, a prerequisite for which is the formation of land market infrastructure. Measures to implement the strategic objectives aimed at maintaining a highly productive land and ensuring the development of an enabling environment are given.
