Abstract

A comparative analysis of the structure of land resources of Ukraine and the world has been conducted in the article. It is substantiated that the majority of Ukrainian shareholders are ready to sell the land, but some plan to realize only a certain part of it. The features of the natural resource base have been identified, including the unevenness of the structure of the allocation of land resources and the ratio of fertile land in the country; the discrepancy among the main placement of productive forces, the resettlement of people, as well as among the location of fuel and energy, water, forest resources within the country; a high level of concentration of major types of industrial resources on a small number of their sources. The process of creation of agroholdings has been investigated and their role in the structure of land resources of Ukraine has been revealed. It has been substantiated that due to agroholdings, the yield of wheat has increased, which contributed to an increase in the volumes of exports of these products
