Toolkit of economic guarantees of providing public environmental management projects

Abstract

Article describes the modifications of the ecological support of management of economic activity and substantiates the tools of economic guarantees of ensuring public environmental management of projects, based on the application of checks and balances at all stages of the life cycle of the project. Proposed the scheme of introducing a tool for reviewing the publicity and litigation in the structure of economic guarantees for ensuring public environmental management of projects
