Abstract

This paper deals with an assessment of the agricultural sector state of economy of Ukraine to determine the level of agricultural development. The author gives criteria and indicators for the implementation of urgent agrarian and land reforms. The article deals with the need to revise the basic directions of reforming the agricultural sphere, in particular, it is necessary to add to the already existing areas, arising from the urgent challenges such as the aggravation of global warming or the need for development of rural areas, etc
