The world experience of the agricultural land market formation

Abstract

This paper deals with the world experience of the agricultural land market formation as well as main positive ways of its implementation during realization of land reform in Ukraine. The author highlights some aspects of the ownership of land in the world, including: forms of ownership, limiting the size of land, land valuation etc. The author gives features of lease relations around the world.
