Areas in improvement of state regulation of land relations in agriculture

Abstract

This paper deals and proves ways of improving the state regulation of land relations in agriculture. The author gives mechanisms of such regulation in the structure of which, in addition to the main economic, there are reflected tools of legislative and regulatory activity, Land Cadastre of Ukraine, land management, monitoring of soil fertility and effective utilization of land plots. The author shows structure, the economic essence and content of land relations in agriculture
