Abstract

This paper deals with fundamental provisions governing the organizational and innovative basis for the formation of cluster structures in the field of waste management. Structural and functional scheme of creation and functioning of ecological and resource cluster of waste management have been justified. Features of the cluster management comprehensive mechanism formation have been defined.
