Análisis del PIB por tipo de gasto para Bolivia

Abstract

El presente trabajo propone estimaciones para cada uno de los componentes del PIB por el lado del gasto. Para ello, se consideran el trabajo de Carrera (2019), la metodología de Programación Financiera, principalmente las aplicaciones desarrolladas por Croce et al. (2002) y Da Costa y Juan-Ramón (2011) para el caso de Colombia y Costa Rica respectivamente, la teoría económica y las relaciones existentes entre los sectores de la actividad económica por el lado de la oferta y la demanda por parte de los agentes económicos a través de la matriz Insumo-Producto de Bolivia. Los resultados obtenidos muestran un buen rendimiento para la estimación del consumo, gasto de gobierno, formación bruta de capital y las importaciones, resultando en una alternativa flexible, además de consistente desde la perspectiva de la oferta, para la estimación del PIB por el lado del gasto.
