Abstract

type="graphical" xml:id="gpol12160-abs-0002"> It is one thing to hold Members of the WTO accountable for their specific commitments; it is something else to hold the WTO as a putative collective entity accountable for what it ought to have done in terms of its apparent general aspirations.
