Abstract
The article determines that the effectiveness of the functioning and development prospects of a modern enterprise are determined by the level of available human resources. It is proposed to understand human resources as a set of professional knowledge, skills, experience, competencies and personal characteristics of employees, combined with their ability to develop, learn, adapt to changes and effectively use available resources in the process of achieving the goals of the enterprise. It is emphasized that digital transformation changes the nature of work, requirements for professional competencies of employees, in the structure of which digital skills acquire special importance. In such conditions, the issue of determining the features of the formation of human resource potential, which should include the delineation of influencing factors, components, and levels, becomes of particular importance. As a result of the study, a general scheme for the formation of the human resource potential of an enterprise in the context of digital transformation was proposed, which contains: 1) influencing factors: the external environment of the digital economy (digitalization of business processes, technological development, labor market, state digital policy) and the internal digital environment of the enterprise (digital skills of personnel, organizational culture of personnel, motivation for digital learning, knowledge management); 2) the main components of human resource potential, which include intellectual potential, professional competencies, digital competencies, innovative activity, socio-psychological characteristics, health and work capacity; 3) levels of formation: individual, micro-, meso- and macro-level. The central element of the proposed scheme is the human resource potential of the enterprise in the context of digital transformation, which is formed as a result of a combination of various elements that collectively reflect the qualitative characteristics of employees. Thus, the development of human resources potential is determined by a combination of individual capabilities of employees, organizational conditions of the enterprise, features of the industry environment and general economic trends of digital development.
