Features of organizational and economic support of innovative development of territories in modern conditions

The article examines the features of organizational and economic support for innovative development of the territory in modern conditions. It is substantiated that a strategically planned policy for managing the processes of territorial development of innovative potential is a factor in increasing the efficiency of the economy, activating market processes and creating new opportunities for the implementation of innovations. It is noted that organizational and economic support for innovative development of the territory can be considered as a complex management algorithm, which includes setting goals, defining tasks, subjects and objects of management, forming a strategy for innovative development, choosing appropriate methods and tools for implementation, as well as monitoring results and adjusting management functions. solutions. It is established that the main tasks of innovative development of the territory in modern conditions are improving strategic management taking into account security challenges, forming an effective system of financial support for innovative processes, restoring the infrastructure potential of the territory, introducing digital technologies, supporting human capital, adapting the institutional environment to European standards, and implementing environmental principles. It is determined that the object of management is the organizational and economic support of the innovative development of the territory, while the subjects are state authorities and local self-government bodies, business structures, higher education institutions, scientific institutions and the public. The need to support general and specific principles of management of the innovative development of the territory is emphasized. The functions of management of organizational and economic support of the innovative development of the territory are considered, including planning, forecasting, organization, regulation, motivation and control. Special attention is paid to the choice of management methods, which include economic, social and organizational methods, diagnostic and monitoring methods, as well as scenario forecasting methods. It is proven that the comprehensive use of these methods and tools contributes to the effective restoration of the innovative potential of the territory of Ukraine.
