Abstract

The article examines the transformation of enterprise management systems under the influence of innovative technologies in the context of digitalization. It is substantiated that the widespread adoption of digital platforms, automated management systems, big data analytics, and intelligent technologies significantly changes not only management tools but also the content, structure, and logic of managerial decision-making. Traditional management approaches based on hierarchical structures and rigid procedures are gradually losing their effectiveness, which necessitates the transition to flexible, integrated, and adaptive management systems. The study proves that the effectiveness of innovative technologies is determined not only by the level of their implementation but primarily by the degree of their integration into a holistic management system. Fragmented digitalization without appropriate transformation of managerial approaches leads to inconsistencies in business processes, reduced efficiency, and incomplete realization of technological potential. In this regard, the paper systematizes the transformation of key elements of enterprise management systems and identifies factors that constrain their effective development. Particular attention is paid to the substantiation of directions for improving enterprise management systems, including the integration of information flows within a unified digital environment, the development of data-driven management, the reorganization of managerial processes in accordance with digital capabilities, and the enhancement of digital competencies of management personnel. The practical implementation of these directions involves a phased transformation of management systems, taking into account organizational, informational, and technological changes. The results obtained have practical significance and can be used by enterprises to improve management efficiency, enhance the quality and speed of decision-making, ensure coordination of management processes, and increase adaptability to a dynamic external environment in the context of digital transformation.
