Abstract

The article examines main features of the entrepreneurship function during russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine. The main losses of Ukrainian entrepreneurship are highlighted. The regional distribution of territories according to the intensity of hostilities is highlighted. The relocation of enterprises from the eastern and southern regions to other, more peaceful regions during hostilities is substantiated. On the basis of the conducted research, the main sentiments of enterprises in the regional section regarding the strategy and tactics of conducting their activities in the post-war period were singled out. Based on the results of the survey of respondents, it was established that most enterprises, regardless of the region of their location, focus their production on the domestic market or European sales markets. It was established that more export-oriented enterprises are located in the west and in the center of the country. It was established that the main criteria for choosing the cities of business relocation were the presence of demand for products and services, the presence of the necessary infrastructure, and legal support for business. Due to the low level of awareness, most enterprises do not use international pogroms and grants to attract financial funds for their development. It was determined that in the regional section, the specifics of business management and orientation are related to the historical composition and available resource potential of the territory, which will affect the formation of such obligations. Orientation to the domestic sales market belongs to the enterprises of the central and southern regions. The results of analytical studies prove that today most enterprises, regardless of the form of ownership and size, have the same difficulties in carrying out their production and economic activities. The main problems faced by enterprises, which restrain their economic development, were highlighted. The main measures to promote and support the activities of enterprises and their further development were proposed. The need to focus business on sustainable development for the post-war recovery of the regions and the country is substantiated.
