Kullanilmis Otomobil Fiyatlarini Etkileyen Faktörlerin Hedonik Fiyat Modeli Analizi Erzurum Ili Örnegi

Abstract

Türkiye’de son yillarda reel efektif döviz kurunda önemli düsüsler gözlemlenmistir. Reel efektif döviz kurundaki düşüş otomobil fiyatlarsnsn artmassna neden olmustur. Buna baglı olarak kullanılmıs otomobil fiyatlari da artmistir. Bununla birlikte kullanilmis otomobil piyasasinda fiyatlarda yüksek oynakliklar gözlemlenmistir. Bu nedenle kullanilmiş otomobil özelliklerinin fiyatlandirmasi daha da önemli bir hal almistir. Özetle otomobil özelliklerindeki farkliliklarin fiyatlardaki ortalamadan sapmalarin önemli bir belirleyicisi oldugu ifade edilebilir. Bu calismanin amaci, kullanilmis otomobil fiyatlarina etki eden faktörlerin analiz edilmesidir. Bu amac dogrultusunda bir mal veya hizmetin nitelikleriyle fiyati arasindaki ilişkiyi ortaya koyan hedonik fiyat modeli kullanilmistir. Calismanin örneklemi 2020 yılı Haziran-Agustos döneminde Erzurum ilinde satısa konu olan 487 kullanilmis otomobilden olusmaktadir. Kullanilmis otomobil fiyatlandirmasinda rol oynayan karakteristikler ve otomobil markalari, fiyata etki eden faktörler olarak modele dahil edilmistir. Hedonik model yari logaritmik formda En Kücük Kareler yöntemi ile tahmin edilmistir. Tahmin sonuclari, otomobil yasi, kilometresi, beygir gücü ve otomobilde degisen parca bulunmasi durumlarini fiyata negatif yönde etki eden faktörler olarak ortaya koymustur. Bununla birlikte otomobilin otomatik vites olmasi ve dizel yakita sahip olmasi durumlari fiyata pozitif etki eden en önemli faktörlerdir. Marka degiskeninin de fiyatlar üzerinde önemli etkiye sahip oldugu tespit edilmiştir.
