Les crédits nouveaux à l’habitat des ménages : tendances récentes

Abstract

Dans un contexte de taux d’intérêt historiquement bas, la production de crédits à l’habitat est très dynamique, portée notamment par les renégociations. L’endettement global des ménages progresse légèrement, cette hausse recouvrant des stratégies financières différentes selon le niveau de revenu des emprunteurs.
