La récession de 2008-2009 a-t-elle accru la part structurelle du chômage en zone euro ?

Abstract

La courbe dite « de Beveridge » illustre la relation entre taux de chômage et taux d’emplois vacants. En ce qui concerne la zone euro, le redressement du taux de chômage et la hausse des difficultés de recrutement depuis la récession de 2008-2009 témoignent d’un risque d’accroissement du chômage structurel. Au niveau national, ce risque est principalement localisé en Espagne, mais des signaux négatifs apparaissent également en France.
