Abstract

Lors de leur réunion du 3 novembre à Nice, les dirigeants du G20 ont adopté dix principes de haut niveau sur la protection des consommateurs dans le domaine des services financiers. Ces principes ont pour objectif de participer au rétablissement de la confiance des consommateurs et à l’amélioration du fonctionnement des marchés.
