Komparativna Analiza Energetske Efikasnosti U Zemljama Evropske Unije I Zapadnog Balkana (Comparative Analysis Of Energy Efficiency In The Eu And Wb Countries)

Abstract

Predmet ovoga rada je ocena i poređenje energetske efikasnosti razvijenih zemalja i zemalja u razvoju. Za potrebe analize energetske efikasnosti definisan je odgovarajući DEA model. Prednost ovog modela, koji ima široku primenu u oblasti energetike i ekonomije životne sredine, ogleda se u integralnom posmatranju četiri značajne i međusobno povezane oblasti (energetike, životne sredine, tehnologije i urbanizacije). Cilj rada je da se sagleda koliko efikasno zemlje EU i Zapadnog Balkana koriste energiju (primarnu i električnu) i da li postoje razlike sa ovog stanovišta između posmatrane dve grupe zemalja. U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja dobijeni primenom DEA pristupa na odgovarajući set varijabli koje se odnose na inpute i autpute relevantne za ocenu energetske efikasnosti. Uzorak čine zemlje Evropske unije i Zapadnog Balkana, a kao godina posmatranja izabrana je 2021. godina.
