Analiza Zaposlenosti U Republici Srbiji (Analysis Of Employment In The Republic Of Serbia)

Abstract

Investicije u ljude su od velikog značaja za rast zaposlenosti, pa se unapređenje nivoa obrazovanja smatra jednim od značajnih faktora u stvaranju boljih mogućnosti za zaposlenje. Predmet istraživanja koje je predstavljeno u ovom radu jeste analiza ukupne zaposlenosti u Republici Srbiji, kroz sagledavanje nivoa obrazovanja žena i njihovog učešća na tržištu rada. U skladu sa navedenim cilj sprovedene analize jeste da se utvrdi u kojoj meri nivo obrazovanja žena i investicija u obrazovanje imaju uticaja na zaposlenost. U istraživanju je korišćen metod višestruke regresije. Pokazano je da nivo obrazovanja žena statistički značajno doprinosi rastu ukupne zaposlenosti. Sa druge strane je utvrđeno da druga nezavisna varijabla koja je posmatrana u modelu, investicije u obrazovanje, nije statistički značajna. Dobijeni rezultat nam ukazuje da period isplativosti investicija u obrazovanje dugoročnog karaktera, pa se efekat investicija u obrazovanje ne može sagledati u istoj godini kada su izvršena ulaganja.
