Transformacija Energetskog Sistema Eu Do 2050. Godine (Transformation Of The Eu’ S Energy System Until 2050)

Abstract

Energetika je tradicionalno najznačajnija oblast delovanja EU. Smatra se da energetika ima značajan uticaj na ostale privredne sektore u Evropi. Shodno tome, regulacija u ener-getici utiče na regulaciju svih ostalih sektora. Cilj ovog rada je da prikaže tri projekcije koje su moguće za transformaciju energetskog sistema EU do 2050. godine. Prvi scena-rio koji razmatramo jeste čist scenario koji projektuje smanjenje emisije CO2 za 95% u odnosu na 1990. godinu. Drugi scenario jeste zeleni koji prognozira povećanu upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije za 80% kao i ostvarenje projekta Desertec. Treći scenario – nepromenjen/slab - razmatra kakvo bi stanje bilo ako se danas ne izvrše nikakvi napori i promene u emisiji i u transformaciji energetskog sistema. Da li će Evropu zadesiti zeleni ili čisti scenario u 2050. godini ostaje da se vidi. Značaj ove teme ogleda se u analizi mogućih scenarija transformacije energetskog sistema i u tome šta Evropa mora uraditi kako bi isti ostao bezbedan, konkurentan i održiv na dugi rok.
