Ljudski Kapital U Modelima Ekonomskog Rasta Ruralnih Područja (Human Capital In The Models Of Economic Growth Of Rural Areas)

Abstract

Neophodan uslov za transformaciju ruralne ekonomije i rast stanovništva, zaposlenosti i dohotka ruralnih područja ogleda se u obezbeđenju ljudskog kapitala, pojedinaca koji poseduju kreativnost, znanje, veštine i koji obavljaju visoko kreativne poslove. Predmet ovog rada je analiza uloge ljudskog kapitala u modelima ekonomskog rasta ruralnih područja. U radu je objašnjen tradicionalni i novi koncept ljudskog kapitala. Poseban osvrt će biti dat na analizu raspoloživosti i kvaliteta ljudskog kapitala u ruralnim područjima u Srbiji koja je neophodna za definisanje novog pristupa ruralnom razvoju i formulisanje efikasnije ruralne politike. Zaključuje se da u modelima rasta ruralnih područja pogodnosti ambijenta i ljudski kapital predstavljaju glavne pokretače ekonomskog rasta.
