Nairu U Makroekonomskoj Teoriji (Nairu In Macroeconomic Theory)

Abstract

NAIRU, NAWRU i prirodna stopa nezaposlenosti su vrlo bliski koncepti - svaki od njih objašnjava određene procese na tržištu rada i povezuje inflaciju i nezaposlenost. Iako je NAIRU veoma značajna za objašnjavanje funkcionisanja tržišta rada, kao i za vođenje ekonomske politike, ona se ne može direktno meriti, te je za njenu procenu neophodno korišćenje sofisticiranih ekonometrijskih metoda. Faktori koji utiču na NAIRU su brojni i obuhvataju makroekonomske, demografske i institucionalne varijable. U skladu sa pretpostavkom o delovanju histerezis efekta, primećeno je da u jednom broju zemalja stopa nezaposlenosti ostaje visoka i nakon recesije. Procene kretanja NAIRU pokazuju da je tokom Svetske ekonomske krize vrednost NAIRU povećana u većini zemalja OECD-a.
