Procena Nivoa Sigurnosti Na Tržištu Rada Primenom Analize Glavnih Komponenata (Estimating Labour Market Security Using Principal Component Analysis)

Abstract

Numeričko predstavljanje fleksibilnosti i sigurnosti na tržištu rada koje bi omogućilo precizno pozicioniranje pojedinih zemalja po ovom osnovu otežano je činjenicom da su obe navedene dimenzije vezane za veliki broj elemenata, od kojih su mnogi višedimenzionalni i teško merljivi. Ovaj problem je posebno izražen kada je u pitanju aspekt sigurnosti na tržištu rada. U cilju određivanja pozicije pojedinih zemalja u prostoru fleksibilnost – sigurnost koristimo metod analize glavnih komponenata, kako bi se sumirale informacije iz veće grupe varijabli u manji broj faktora. Na osnovu šest indikatora koji se odnose na ključne elemente sigurnosti i eksterne numeričke fleksibilnosti na tržištu rada identifikovana su dva faktora koja se odnose upravo na dve posmatrane dimenzije. Položaj Srbije pokazuje da je nivo fleksibilnosti nešto viši od prosečnog, dok je procenjeni nivo sigurnosti najniži u posmatranoj grupi evropskih zemalja.
