Abstract

The study explores the lived experiences of successful individuals who grew up in broken families within the province of Bukidnon. The research aims to (1) Analyze the experiences of successful people from broken families. (2) Evaluate the challenges that successful people faced growing up from broken families. (3) Determine the coping mechanisms and strategies that they develop to handle the challenges they face growing up in a broken family. (4) Identify the inspiration they had back then to become the successful person they are today. Five (5) successful individuals from broken family were chosen as appropriate participants to the specific studies that the researchers conducted. Data were collected through in-depth interview, ethical considerations were strictly observed throughout the research process, ensuring the anonymity and confidentiality of all participants. The study employed phenomenological research design to determine the lives of successful individuals from broken families.
