Abstract

This study examined the predictive validity of entrance exam Stanine scores and academic performance in English and Math on the success of the Career Service Exam (CSE) among Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) students at Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) from 2018 to 2024. Using a descriptive-correlational design, data were analyzed from 57 BPA graduates, including stanine scores, final subject grades, and CSE results.
