Abstract

This mixed-methods study examined the relationship between interactional justice and job satisfaction among employees in a Philippine publishing company, aiming to support values-based and culturally responsive leadership development. Grounded in organizational justice and equity theories, interactional justice—characterized by respectful, empathetic, and transparent communication—emerged as a key determinant of job satisfaction. A total of 118 employees completed the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) and the Interactional Justice (IJ) subscale of the Organizational Justice Scale.
