Abstract

Clinical training is a fundamental component of nursing education, enabling students to develop essential skills in real healthcare settings. However, clinical experiences can be stressful, with stress levels influenced by structured learning frequency and clinical support. This study examines the relationship between these factors and nursing students’ clinical stress levels. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 291 diploma nursing students, utilizing a validated 30-item clinical stress scale. The findings indicate that 74.9% of students experienced low stress, 20.3% moderate stress, and 4.8% high or very high stress.
