Abstract

Karyawan retail merupakan individu yang bekerja di sektor retail dengan jam kerja panjang, minimnya gaji dan tunjangan serta banyaknya tuntutan tugas yang berlebih. Banyaknya tuntutan kerja menyulitkan karyawan retail untuk memenuhi tanggung jawab lain seperti kehidupan keluarga terutama pada karyawan retail perempuan dan memiliki anak. Locus of control internal dinilai baik dalam mengendalikan serta meminimalisir work-family conflict. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Internal Locus of Control dengan Work Family Conflict karyawan retail. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain survei dengan kuesioner. Sebanyak 88 karyawan retail wanita yang memiliki anak dalam penelitian ini dipilih menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa nilai (β= -0,427; p= 0,012
