Managing the Flow: Project Management Approaches to Unravelling Challenges in Malaysia’s Flood Forecast and Warning Programme

This paper examines the intricacies of Malaysia’s flood forecast and warning programme, highlighting the significant challenges posed by recurrent flooding and the need for robust solutions.
