Abstract

This study investigates the effect of organizational culture on employee performance within the technology sector, using a leading Egyptian IT solutions company as the empirical context. Organizational culture is conceptualized through Denison's (1990) four-dimensional model (Involvement, Consistency, Adaptability, and Mission), while employee performance is measured using Koopmans et al.'s (2014) Individual Work Performance (IWP) model, covering task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. A mixed-method design was employed: quantitative data were collected from 301 employees via a structured questionnaire, while qualitative depth was obtained through semi-structured open-ended interviews analyzed using Schein's (1985) Three-Level Model. Findings reveal a strong, statistically significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance (R² = 0.543, rs = .739, p
