Abstract
This study investigates the impact of Smart Tourism Technologies (STTs) on Memorable Tourist Experiences (MTEs) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, an emerging smart tourism destination in Southeast Asia. The study examines how four key dimensions of STTs; accessibility, informativeness, interactivity, and personalization, enhance the social, emotional, and cognitive aspects of tourist experiences. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 301 young travelers who visited eight major smart tourism attractions.
