Abstract

This study investigates the predictive influence of organizational Culture, remuneration quality, and employee engagement on employee performance. Using multiple regression analysis, the findings reveal that the combined variables significantly predict performance, with the model explaining 65.8% of the variance (R² = 0.658, F = 126.721, p
