ICT as Innovation Challenge to the Small Enterprises

In the paper current issues relating to the application of ICT as organizational – managerial innovations in management practices of small businesses in the country are considered. Based on the analysis, the use of ICT for different purposes during the period 2007-2010 is reveals.
