Abstract

The increasing adoption by traditional banks of typical direct banking methods and the growing confidence of customers demonstrate the success of this model. It is now necessary to consolidate it through the adoption of solutions that are not only based on the economic advantages that direct banks offer, but are aimed to provide a really alternative service, also developing a fiduciary relationship with customers
