Abstract

In many countries of the world, the deepening of the environmental problem and the increase of anthropogenic effects on the ecosystem make it necessary to review the basics of traditional farming and transition to an ecologically oriented economy. This kind of development is also of strategic importance in our country, and for this reason clean environment and "green" growth have been accepted as national priorities in our country. In the article, the characteristic feature of green economy is studied and the necessity of green economic development is justified. On the example of Azerbaijan's ago-food complex, the modern state of "green" development was brought to light, and scientifically based proposals were given to further accelerate development in this idle. The article also shows the importance of paying attention to the necessity of applying marketing concepts during the production of ecologically clean agriculture and food products. It is shown in the study that the provision of development in anticipation of the interests of consumers on the one hand, enterprises and farms on the other hand, and society as a whole, makes the application of the social-ethical marketing concept of marketing inevitable. In addition the ecological quality of life, as well as the ecological and resource efficiency of the economy are clarified in the article.
