Abstract

In recent years, the pace of digital transformation in enterprises has accelerated, and technological innovation is driving profound changes across industries with unprecedented force. During this transformation, human resource management, a critical component of enterprise management, faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This study aims to explore how digital transformation can promote innovation in human resource management. It analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by digital transformation through theoretical analysis, and illustrates its impact on various HR functions using empirical cases and data tables. The study then offers targeted suggestions for how enterprises can effectively advance HR management innovation in the face of the rapid digitalization wave. This research enriches the theoretical and practical knowledge of human resource management in the digital age.
